These World Wide Web Pages (hereinafter referred to as “the Pages”) are provided for the purpose of providing information about The HackettGroup of Companies (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) and our products. The Pages are believed to be accurate at the time of publication but are provided “as is”. No representation or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, is or has
been made as to the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information in the Pages or to the material of third parties that the Pages may have a link to. We reserve the right to modify the Pages or to withdraw access to the Pages at any time, we do not promise that the Pages will be accessible, and we disclaim any duty to update any information in the Pages. We are not liable to
the purchaser, or any other individual or entity with respect to any liability, loss, or damage alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by use of the information herein. Neither do we give any representation or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, that the Pages or the server that makes the Pages available are free of harmful components such as but without limitation to computer “viruses”.

Terms of Sale:
All prices are in US Dollars. For customers with approved credit, we offer payment terms of Net 15 days from Invoice date. Payment may also be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA; Shipping and Handling Charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Duties and taxes are not included and are to be paid by the customer. The usual shipping method is United Parcel Service or USPS to private homes.

What you can expect: MAGUIRE Enterprises, Inc. will repair or replace any product we manufacture if it fails due to defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the product. This precludes mechanical damage, misuse or products that have been disassembled for whatever reason. Call us, get a return authorization and pay to have it shipped to us. If the failure is due to
defective material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge and pay to ship it back to you.

If you require a written warranty (such as the military requires): we have a published warranty of one year from the date of purchase. It too covers defects in material and workmanship and precludes mechanical damage, misuse or products that have been disassembled for whatever reason.

No other warranty is expressed or implied. We are not liable for consequential damage.

Cables are built to order and all sales are final. Authorization and instructions for return of any product must be obtained in advance from The HackettGroup. Returned goods must be clean and appropriately packaged. Goods returned without advance authorization may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Return Policy:
Merchandise technically becomes used once sold. Our customers do not expect us to sell them used equipment as new, therefore, we will not sell used equipment as new. If the customer has used the item they will not be authorized to return it.

• Policy for incorrectly ordered merchandise is as follows:

Incorrectly ordered STOCK items: – Returnable within 5 days of receipt by customer. – Incorrectly ordered CUSTOM BUILT items: 10% to 30% restocking fee determined by management. – Items found to be UNACCEPTABLE by customer: “Money back guarantee” within 5 days of receipt by customer.

A return authorization is required. Call 800-548-9686. Upon receipt of and approval after inspection of the merchandise, a store credit will then be issued to the customer toward the future purchase of merchandise.
