Include the following information on your purchase order:
- The correct vendor name and address (either Apcor, Inc. or Maguire Enterprises, Inc.)
- Payment terms of Net 30 days clearly indicated.
- An Accounts Payable contact name, phone number and email.
Purchase orders submitted without these details will experience delays while we work to obtain the requested the information.

- We reply to each order received and processed with a confirmation number and tracking information.
- Orders requiring more than 5 business days to ship will be contacted regarding the expected shipping date.

Placing a credit card order online...
Our most popular products are found online where customers are able to purchase and submit payment by credit card for orders under $1000. This convenience is offered in order to accommodate the CRM specialist, sales rep, or healthcare facility who is otherwise unable to submit a purchase order in agreement with our Net Terms.
The cost of shipping will be calculated once the order is weighed and ready to ship:
- Orders to residential addresses will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail. This is the most cost effective method of shipping and often arrives within 3-4 days.
- Orders to a hospital or other commercial address will ship via UPS GROUND, unless another more expedited level of service is requested (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 day Select).
- We also offer shipment via UPS Collect when a UPS account number and corresponding UPS billing address is provided.
NOTE: USPS and UPS are our EXCLUSIVE SHIPPERS (we do not ship with Fedex).
Our return policy and RMA process...
MAGUIRE Enterprises, Inc. will repair or replace any product we manufacture if it fails due to defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This precludes mechanical damage, misuse or products that have been disassembled for whatever reason. Call us, get a return authorization and pay to have it shipped to us. If the failure is due to defective material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge and pay to ship it back to you.
